Includes: 12-14 lbs. of ground beef, 2 ribeye steaks, 2 NY Strip steaks, 2 Tenderloins, 2 Delmonico steaks, and 1-2 of the following: sirloin steak, round steak/London broil, chuck roast, bolar roast, eye roast

How It Works
Our Goal is to make buying Premium Grass Fed Meat as Simple as Possible!
- Products in Stock. If a product in our store is in stock, once it is paid for we will ship it within two weeks. (Frozen food products are shipped with dry ice to ensure they are delivered to you still completely frozen.) If you choose to pick it up at the farm, we will email you when your order is ready and schedule your pick-up.
- Deposits If a product asks for a deposit, the animal has not been processed yet. Simply pay the deposit and we will reserve it for you and keep you up to date on the process every step of the way until you receive it. The balance will be charged upon shipment or pickup.

- Freezer stocking. Bulk meat bundles available for stocking whatever size freezer you have. It's there when you need it.
- Non GMO. Our animals only eat natural grasses and plants. No need to worry about any negative effects of Genetically Modified Organisms.
- Dry Aged. For the best in flavor and tenderness, our beef is dry aged for 14-21 days.
- Environmentally Healthy. Because of our grazing method, our pastures have excellent water infiltration, which means we are not sending sediment and nutrients down the streams, polluting the water. You can feel good about supporting local, environmentally friendly, regenerative agriculture.
